A full renovation is where the trades meet, and where most jobs on this coast fall apart: the builder finishes, the plumber can't come until next week, the electrician finds the first fix isn't where he needs it, and every gap between one trade and the next is a week of your life. Nobody is lying to you — there is simply nobody in charge.
We do it the other way round. Building work, plumbing, electrics and air conditioning are done by people from the same firm who work together every week, so the calendar is written in days, not in 'a couple of weeks, more or less'. You get one point of contact, one invoice and one guarantee covering the lot.
The quote comes before the work.
Before a single wall comes down you have a written quote broken down item by item: what is included, what is not, and the date each stage finishes. The price you sign is the price you pay.
If something unexpected appears behind the plaster — and in older buildings on the coast it sometimes does — the job stops, you're told, and it's quoted in writing before anyone touches it. You never discover a change on the final invoice.

BEFORE WE STARTHow long does a full renovation of a flat take?
For a typical 90 m² flat, eight to twelve weeks on site once the paperwork is in. You get the calendar in writing with the quote, stage by stage, and we tell you at the start which weeks are noisy and which are not — useful if there are neighbours or a rental calendar involved.
Do I need a licence or permit to renovate in Alicante?
It depends on what you touch. Work that doesn't affect the structure or the façade is normally covered by a declaración responsable for minor works; anything structural needs a project and a licence. We tell you which case you're in at the site visit and we handle the paperwork with the town hall as part of the job.
I live abroad. Can you run the whole job without me there?
Yes, and a good share of our work is exactly that. You get photos at every stage, decisions put to you in writing on WhatsApp so there's a record, and one named person accountable for the site. We can hold keys, meet the community administrator and take deliveries on your behalf.
Can the price change once the walls are open?
The quote is fixed item by item before we start. Reasonable technical surprises are our risk, not yours. If something genuinely changes what you asked for, work stops, we explain it and we quote it in writing before continuing — you never find it on the final invoice.
Who does the plumbing and the electrics?
Our own people. We are registered low-voltage electrical installers and a RITE-registered firm, so the electrical and air conditioning certificates are signed by the same team that did the work. That's also why the trades don't wait for each other on site.
Do you supply the materials or do I buy them?
Either way works. Most clients let us supply everything, which is simpler and keeps one guarantee over the whole job; if you'd rather choose tiles or a kitchen yourself, we tell you exactly what's needed and when it has to be on site so the calendar doesn't slip.
